@mama33577, I was just gonna get the pills, but she said no, cuz you have to constantly take them everyday and what if you forget to take them.. So she said the shot, that way I'll be covered for 4 months, and then get another shot..
@mommabeartobe555 there really is no cheap rent here... The lowest I've seen was $950 for a 1 bed/ 1 bath... And friends? I don't have none of those here... All the people I call "friends" are adults and have their own families to take care of...
@mama33577, cuz she'll be the one takin us.
@followoursurrogacy I was out on my own at 17, but rent where I live is crazy expensive..
@mommabeartobe555
I'm completely against contraceptions... Especially something that can stay in my system for that long. She says if I don't get it, then I'm gonna get kicked out and will be sent back to live with my mother. And my mother is moving on April 5th.... So I really don't get a win win situation here...
Don't go on depo!! It is horrible!! It causes weight gain, depression, your hormones will go completely out of whack, and you won't have a period so when you get off of it, it takes months to regulate again. Plus it can stay in your system for up to a year after your last shot preventing pregnancy. I would not recommend it to anyone
exactly like the other user said... and that kind of goes no matter whos house your in, its always their rules and she's actually pretty smart considering you guys are living in her house. She feels like you guys aren't ready for a baby or should be trying if you guys aren't on your own.
I would say move out then so that your mother in law isn't controlling your every move. My mom always said "my house, my rules" So I moved out when I was 18 :)
