So my fiance and I have been trying for baby #2 for 2 months now and today i woke up so nauseas, hot/cold flashes , tender breasts, body aches and threw up just a little bit ago and a low grade fever of 100. I tested about 4 days ago and it was negative. It is most likely the flu but what do you ladies think?
