19 weeks and starving all the time!! How many calories is everyone consuming. I counted today and I put down almost 3,000. I know it's my food choices. I need more protein to keep me full. Any suggestions on quick snacks that are healthy and full of protein? I'm gonna gain 70 lbs at this rate!
