Unisom is literally the exact same thing as Benedryl haha! I didn't notice til I bought it.

I take diclegis which is unisom and b6 together it works wonders

Unisom? I took it through week 15 and it helped sooooo much! The first couple weeks sucked having to take 1/2 of one at 5:30 in the morning and still function but way worth it.
