-Have Any Of You Ladies Been On The Depo'Shot??

Hate the depo shot I was on it and for 3 months straight I had my period terrible mood swings my cycle didn't return till normal till after 1 month being off it when I didn't get the 2nd shot.

I always get a normal period every month too but one of my other friends loved it and she didn't have her period anymore.

I was on it and hated it. It made me allergic to latex and pads and tampons. I bled for 6 months straight both times I was in it. My periods went back to normal after I got off of it

@lizzib00, cause I got it once in Nov of last year and never went back in January to get my second one.... and I wanna stared trying again but I don't know how long will it take to get my period back to normal

I did it 2 separate times. I was on it for 6 months the first time I tried it and I bled for the whole time and the same thing happened again the second time I was it for 6 months

@tiamari16, ohh cause I do wanna started back trying again and my doctor told me it would take up to a year

I was on the depo for a year and once I didn't get my shot I got my period back within a month and it became regular cycle

I began a regular cycle almost immediately after, but couldn't get pregnant until about another year

Just because your period regulates doesn't always mean your fertility levels are up to the same pace.

My doctor said that it can take up to a whole year to get back to normal and something longer that.

I was on it so long it took years before I was able to conceive. So, you may have to give it time...
