I know my teachers doubt me and my abilities to be a good cosmetologist when I get out of here because I don't sell much retail or I don't get a lot of clients that will come in for me a lot of people I know aren't that supportive enough to come in but the service I do is always good, but I will show them when I'm out of here they will hear big things about me trust me on that ,I don't tell them my interest and dreams because I like to keep hush about those things they are personal to me so when it happens it will be like BAM! oh she did that I'm sprites she was the quiet girl at school who never really talked to anybody and didn't find interest in jumping levels blah blah blah ,.never doubt the quiet ones they will surprise you.

Same here they were sure i wasn't going to finish since i was pretty much pregnant the whole time i was in school but i finished i haven't taken my state yet but i will. I was super quiet but after a while you get use to meeting a bunch of people i eventually got my client list going and women that didn't like my work or wouldn't remember me would come back and be amazed. Everyone thinks its so easy to be a cosmetologist but it takes some dedication. Don't give up and work your ass off is all i have to say. Good luck and open up a bit you will be amazed at what a huge difference that can make.😊

lol I'm just quiet and don't speak to other students unless they start a conversation, I talk to my clients though but it's hard for me to get them to come back I have three regulars I was pregnant then they had me leave I bet they thought I wouldn't come back after the baby they were all spruced and said that's very good I'm glad you did not a lot of people do,I'll be done in July maybe early august, it is hard for me it's hard to sell or get people in and I do a good job the teachers even say my work is good I just need to try and get then back in my chair ,after school my goal would be to freelance and do bridal hair and makeup then maybe open my own place as for my self I'm not interested in being in somebody else's shop but I know that's what I have to do first

I dont want to be in someones shop either i didnt talk to many people either they usually talked to me once we got to know each other a little batter thats when i started engaging in conversations and starting some but even with the people i knew and talked to i was still pretty quiet
