Yes thongsis a no no because bacteria gather MUCH more quickly I kept having infections in the beg of my pregnancy because of them....some ladies still wear them but it's best not too until after birth just to be on the safe side because infection can do damage to pregnancy...and yoga pants that's bullshit I wish I had some right now lmao 😂

Ya idk I love yoga pants @zaysmomma I've worn thongs here and there but with all the fluid in pregnancy it's not sanitary unless u can find one with good enough coverage to place a pad....but yoga pants are best friend

I basically live in yoga pants..I mean I can see being told not to wear anything that is really constricting on the belly but yoga pants are just maternity pants with being over the belly.

I dont wear thongs when pregnant bc they are uncomfortable and bc of possibility of getting infections. Everyone is different.
