I'm not sure what the infant Tylenol says but you may be able to give her some.

How old is she? Have you tried Tylenol?

Oh...maybe a trip to the ER would be better. Sometimes the nurses don't listen to messages until the end if the day (assuming you left a message). I'd take her to ER

I called, I'm waiting for them to call me back. what worries me the most is she is super lethargic with it. I know it's not a high fever, but it's not going away and she don't really want to wake up to eat or anything.

Have you called her pediatrician? When young babies get fevers, it can escalate pretty fast as far as dehydration goes. Prayers she feels better soon!
