It's normal to have days where the baby doesn't move much! Try not to stress about it! If you're ever too worried you could call your doctor and ask to be seen! Or maybe invest in a hand held Doppler
Try drinking some orange juice or eating a piece of candy. It will get him moving. If you don't have any movements at all I say call the doctor. If this is the first pregnancy sometimes it's normal to feel him move here and there. They aren't strong enough yet to make those hard hits yet.

No drink plenty of water and lay down on your left side it should help

No. They are normal. It's just your uterus preparing itself for labor down the line.
