Someone help me, what do I put in my birth plan, how do I set it out, what is it, help me 🙈🙈🙈🙈
and like @darciepenny said..bubba pretty much plans your labour/birth and also the midwives and doctors make decisions for you if yours and the babies health is at risk. My girls head was at an awkward angle in the pelvis so I had no choice but to have an assisted delivery (forceps) as her head wasn't budging with pushes. Also I had been pushing for an hour and my waters broke over 24 hours ago..and me and my daughter were at risk of infection. xx
@cheznileigh I made a plan :) Didn't take it to hospital. The midwives pretty much went with what I wanted :) I couldn't have a water birth though as there weren't any midwives to be with me in the birthing centre...so I had to be in the delivery suite. I was on gas and air like I wanted :) I ended up having a spinal block as I had no choice as I needed a forcep delivery in the end. My partner couldn't cut the cord as after I delivered my daughter I was losing blood fast! I ended up losing 3litres :) You can plan it hun :) but be open minded as anything can happen :) xx
There should be a guide in your notes that's what helped me xx @cheznileigh
If you look online theres templates, the NHS website have one too, or theres apps x
@amibeston123, @courtniegeexo & @winterbaby95 I've started like making notes on everything that I want, I want a water birth and if I can manage I would like to have no pain relief as I'm going in with my own hypnobirthing Cd, which I've been getting used to already every couple of days I sit and listen to it and it's so good and relaxing so hopefully I will be able to go through my whole labour nice and calmly 🙈😳 just hope my little madam goes along with my plans 🙈😝💕
