Ftm here!!! This maybe a stupid question but oh well. My daughter will be two months tomorrow. I clean her face and neck every day with just plain water and a cloth. But she is starting to get what looks like a little acne. I am scared I am not be cleaning her face properly. Did any other moms use baby soap to clean their babies face at this age??? Any advice would be great!!! Thanks!!!

I just took an infant care class and they say to use shampoo/soap 3-4 times a week and just plain warm water the rest of the time
with my daughter she was about 1 month and my son is 3 weeks and I've used it on him as well
So you used Aveeno baby soap on their face??? @nicholw St what age did you start???
My baby face would break out really bad and someone recommended Aveeno and it worked!! I would try that
I always used on water and soap. It's normal for baby's to get baby acne. Ask your pediatrician at her next appointment though if it concerns you. But I'm pretty sure it doesn't bother babies. Don't worry, mama...your doing just fine!😊
