I just turned 22 weeks, but have been having them the past 2 days. My doctor said you shouldn't worry unless you see bright red blood or liquid come out! I wouldn't worry too much! Extra added on stress isn't good for the baby

no need to worry. plenty of women have them from 16-20 weeks Fwd and don't go into labor early. your body isn't your moms. it may not happen to you.

@ericasasser, i actually have seen a few blood specs the past 2 times I went to the bathroom... I figured it was from moving this week. like too much lifting or something.

@kaylajay, if it isn't bright red blood I wouldn't worry! But if it would make you feel better being cautious and calling your doctor wouldn't hurt anything!

Braxton Hicks contractions, also known as prodromal labor or practice contractions, or false labor, are sporadic uterine contractions that sometimes start around six weeks into a pregnancy. However, they are not usually felt until the second trimester or third trimester of pregnancy. @emmy0621
