My sciatica is so bad today I can barely walk 😭😭 I've been crying all morning it's been so painful. I don't even have to move for my muscle to spasm, is there any pain killers I can take apart from paracetamol as this is honestly even more painful than being in childbirth with my daughter!!???! I have to take her to the doctors for her 1 year booster jabs and I don't think I can make it there 😭

Codeine Hun but your only allowed 30mg every 4 hours but it is that bit stronger than paracetamol xx @duchess92

I've been taking diazepam that the doctor and it's a god send xx

@holliesinead, I have some diazepam in the cupboard, I've had previous back problems but this is like nothing I've ever felt before 😭 I will try and see if could speak to a doctor while I'm at the GP and ask if I can take it xx

It also depends what Mg it is mines only 1 but they say don't take it often or rely on it I've only been taking it if I can't sleep from the pain but good to check with doctor as everyone has different needs etc in pregnancy but I'm sure it will be ok to get you through the pain I hope it works for you Xx
