You can ask your ob how big ur baby is when they measure ur belly. Mine was right on the dot with Lucas's weight and that can help give you an idea.

My husband was a huge baby and I was average so I have those same thoughts like how can you pack and buy for your baby without knowing if they're going to be petite and barely fit in newborn, or if they need to skip newborn sizes all together. It's nuts. Keep all receipts I'd suggest.
