I would rub vicks on my chest and back and used a humidifier it worked for me, now I just started with a sore throat 😣 @savahannah

I've been using vapor rub just the generic kind and it hasn't really been working so I just needed to find something else that might help @lil_bigmama

Sudafed is a god sent or even Claritin d works

Any Tylenol cold stuff is okay to take. Im in the same boat. I took sudafed but it hasn't helped me any ): hoping this Tylenol stuff will help.
