I have had a cold for a week now and it has not gotten better. sore throat, cough, congestion and just feeling like shit really. saw my PCP last wed and he told me to talk sudafed and a lot of fluids and that throat spray for the sore throat. I feel like nothing has helped and I'm over this really. does anyone know of anything else I can do or take? I felt like the doc was no damn help.
