How many of you mommies feed your baby similac advanced?

I used to do that with my daughter but it made her constipated so i switched to Similac Total Comfort and it works wonders 😊 (I went through advanced, sensitive and then finally switched to total comfort)

I just had a question every time I go to the store to buy it I can never find it I was just wondering if these 2 were the same

But I find this one and idk if they are the same I called the Wic office but they took to long to get my call and now my baby run out of milk and I need to get some and I just want to know if they the same @milasmomma
