@soon2b2, well the appointment before my anatomy scan it was just to check my weight , pee, baby heart rate, ask me how I'm feeling and that's it's when I go again which is the 4th I'll be 23 weeks so I really don't kno what to expect at this appointment like do she start measuring my belly at every appointment now ?

Yes she should. I can't remember exactly when they start measuring but I do know that checking your uterus is part of it.
