I am beginning to think I may not be ovulating,

I have regular periods but I always get positive Lh surges every day also my temps are all over the place and is impossible to track. I mean I feel like I do some months bc I get the synptoms but then again some months I don't. I just called a fertility clinic to see how much it would cost me to get help, I am waiting on them to call me back. PRAYERS PLEASE.
