Hey guys! Just a shower question. When do you guys think is an ideal time/month/week to have a shower? My mom and I were talking about ideal shower timeframes because she asked me when I'd want to do it. I told her that I don't want to be miserable my entire shower or so tired that I knock out in the middle of it from being so exhausted so I'd prefer to do it around week 30 or so so that I'd be able to enjoy it more and have some energy, and also have time to store everything afterwards without going crazy and just relax as much as possible before I meet my little nugget, plus I personally can't imaging doing it at 35 weeks or later and risk going into labor the day of the shower because my little one wants to be early or something crazy like that (I know, positive thoughts, but I'm the person who thinks of every possible scenario lol). Since I turn a new week every Saturday and it makes most sense to have a shower on a weekend, I'll be exactly however many weeks on whatever shower day we choose. I turn 30 weeks on July 30th so I thought that week or the week before would be ideal and made me feel comfortable. My SO put his 2 cents in saying that 30 weeks is early and that wanting to do it on the day of the 30 week mark exactly is me being extra and whatever else and that I need to take into account that people are running around getting their kids ready for back to school in July (...he's referring to his mom getting his 10 y/o sister ready for school I'm guessing because he never takes my family...or anyone other than his mother...into consideration). In what week were some of you guys when your showers took place and how were you feeling?
