Anyone experiencing fast or hard heartbeats when they lay down? My heart has been pounding for 30 mins now and it doesn't matter what way I lay. Or how may deep breaths I take.
Any advice.?? It's starting to worry me which I'm sure isn't helping.

Nope. On my left side with my legs to me a little. It seems to be slowing finally. Could be be from anxiety? The boyfriend and I were having a slight disagreement and I was upset some.

But every night this seems to happen when I lay down. But usually would go away after than it is tonight.

Definitely can happen with anxiety, and if you focus on it acting crazy it'll just get worse because you start to worry about it causing you to take fewer breaths which makes your heart race further. I had it happen all the time to me when I would get anxious. If you can focus on something else it should slow down after a bit. I've noticed it when I lay down every once in awhile since being pregnant though too and it's not from anxiety. It may be because the heart gets larger during pregnancy? 😮

i thought i was the only one whos heart beats fast like that, idk what to do either it scares me, but this is my first baby so i guess it could be anxiety bc i have bad anxiety before i was pregnant. @klove2016

It happens to me too sometimes. For no reason. I lay back on the couch and I can feel it in my ears. It's crazy.
