talk to your doctor I did even though I was embarrassed about it an now I go to therapy/counseling 2 Times a week it helps to talk to someone who doesn't judge an listens esp since I'm against taking drugs to feel better but there's so many options @kaylahammond

I know it's normal but it's so embarrassing & makes me feel so pathetic which doesn't help the crying @ethemy1315

I've been incredibly angry since I had my daughter, and I too didn't want to tell my husband because he would see it as I am being weak. its nothing to be ashamed of. its a very real and serious thing.

the only issue I have is feeling really sad & can't stop crying & I don't have any real reason.. it's causing my husband & I to start fighting cause I'll get angry out of no where & then go off & hide & cry.. I don't know how or if I want to tell him I think something is wrong cause I don't want to seem like I'm looking for attention

I'm pretty sure it can happen any time in the first year.

VERY possible. It's been 7 months since I had my daughter and I have it.
