How do I request a breast pump? I'm on Medicaid

I couldn't get mine with Medicaid. But if your on WIC I believe you can get one

You need to fill out a form and have ur doctor sign it and then u fax it in to ur insurance . That's how I did it

I would ask them about it Bc I believe they give you one if you breastfeed for a month or something like that.

you can go to Edgepark.com/Breastpumps and/or talked to your WIC office they will give u the info u need. also if you haven't already. call your HMO and ask them.

My doctor told me to get one through Medicaid they will give me papers to fill out and they'll sign when I deliver.
