so I feel like thumping In my belly but can't feel it outside what does tht mean is it just hiccups

I think if I remember correctly, babies don't really start practicing breathing until closer to the end of the 2nd trimester. Which would cause hiccups.

it could be your baby moving, you can feel it inside before you can feel it outside

It could be. Also could just be small consistent movements.
