Yes to those above answers. I heard it sounds like to them if you go underwater and heard people talking not in water, if that makes sense. lol. They hear your stomach and heartbeat first then your voice. The other noises they can definitely hear but are just more muffled.

My other app says the baby can hear their surroundings at 21+ weeks

I think they can hear more distinctly around 25-30 weeks

It can hear your voice the clearest but after 21 weeks it can hear others just sounds muffled unless it's a loud noise. Loud noises can scare them.
