Natural sunlight is okay in moderation but I wouldn't tan in a tanning bed. It's not good for you

It's ok to get natural sun light just don't over do it & get burnt they say tanning beds r ok too I just don't like them but I couldn't get a tan it u throw it at me lol

Tanning places make u sign a paper well they did for me saying ur not aloud in their beds if ur pregnant

They say no because they don't want your internal body temp to rise. Same reason hot tubs are not safe. I got married while I was pregnant with my daughter and I was whiter than my dress. I tanned, just didn't go longer than 10 min at a time. It took longer to get tan, but it worked.
