@kellynicole, I'm thinking the same...I also heard that having sex, the sperm softens the uterus...so I wasn't sure if you need both orgasms and sperm lol

I've read quite a few articles that says that it does help to induce labor ...

I assume if you orgasm it can cause your uterus to contract
