I don't know if it is 100% responsible but I had her 3 days after starting it! Lost my plug the next morning of the first night I did it and I didn't need any stitches and she was my first! I was also using the birthing ball and did some walking. I think it was a mixture of it all

both! 2 orally in the am 3 vaginally at night. wear a pad the oil stains.
