sometimes my in laws especially my mother in law makes me want to move they take over my son like it hers and wont let me hold him as much am getting to the point wea am no u cant hold him... i try to feed him n she ve like no am feed him she can hear him cry kuz she run to get him even if am there ugh ... i give her looks like wtf bt dont say nunthing cuz of my husband

excatly everyone wants him wen he clam but yet noone helps wen he crys at night n i snt say anything because before the baby was born we got into almost making me n my husband split up so i d t want more drama n my husband trys to really do his best n help as much as he can as well bt hopefully they back off alil soon @veyru
Im telling you in my culture baby is worn all the time, sleeps there, chills there, etc. Of course mother is not a problem to wear baby too, but mom wears those first crucial months! Grandma wears once baby is on the back. You can clean house with baby and everything. I think you should stand up for yourself! If that's what you really want, just do it. Or sometimes just take baby from grandma, or decline her help and say "I have got this feeding, you can do another one". In my opinion, Grandma should ALWAYS ask, but she may not care, or may think she is helping even if you dont want it, you know?
@flakaramos, i really dont understand why they do it i love the help but when baby is crying at 3am and i really needed the help then nobody would show .. i was so relieved when i made it home
that how i put him to sleep but lay him dwn so he dnt get tried n also so i xan get things dne but once she gets hme it like my son is her n i do appreciate her tryna help bt wen she over does it it get me annoy @tahtahme
No youre not being selfish! if I was you my baby would be strapped to my chest and sleeping there all day!
@veyru, yes it the same here bt with the in laws kuz with my family i dnt really have there support n i knw she dnt try to mean it in a wrong way bt she does take over alot
@tahtahme, yes am always with him but she eill take him or into the room or if i have him on the swing she will get him awaking up. amd i use to breastfeed bt now he just wont take it i think it just self fish of me lol
i felt the same way i had to stay with my mom for a month because my husband has been working so long hours and i had a c-section so i could use the help .. everyone always wanted to take over like if she was their kid i just had to leave i love my mom but her and my sisters need to understand that this is my baby not theirs.
Say something! Your baby wont be this small forever! And try to get there first! Or get a woven baby wrap carrier and carry your baby on you everywhere! This is why I am glad I breastfeed! this way babies are always mine 😉
yes every true am start to have to say something and carry him all the time i just have a soft heart bt in reality it getting g to me now but thanks really helps talking about it @tahtahme
