Only found out I was pregnant last night after I ended up in A&E thinking it was my kidney🙈 7 hours sat in A&E, didn't get home until 4 this morning just to find out I was pregnant! Couldn't of been any better news tbh. Doctors tomorrow👶🏼💙

congrats! I was the same, went into hospital due to passing out and found out I was pregnant, had a scan couple of days later to find out I was 9 weeks! x
