Is it itchy? If so it could be a reaction to a new lotion/soap/detergent, or PUPPS as these ladies have said. Our skin is more sensitive being pregnant. PUPPS is just a skin condition that usually, but not always, occurs in the third trimester. Causes itchiness and rash. Try taking some benedryl (if itchy) or use a benedryl cream (safe for pregnancy) to see if it helps. Otherwise I read that nonitchy bumps can occur in pregnancy and it's normal. /: I'd call your dr to confirm though. I'm just swinging in the dark.
this is the only photo I have of how bad mine were. (sides, thighs, and belly) I was 33 weeks in this photo. only thing I found comfortable was wearing only underwear and a bra.

I'd say pupps but they usually occur in your stretch marks, and unfortunately there's nothing they can do til you deliver. Mention it to your doctor

mine are going away for now.. their not in stretch marks. my Dr just said it's the damn hormones
