Tbh I can't give you an accurate answer on that, I've had mine for ages due to back problems but I can tell you it is comfortable for when you can't get comfortable @sophie94x xx

@sophie94x I only used one for 10 mins while I was in labour. It helped with easing the contractions :) xx
