has anyone had Sushi while pregnant ? I know they say we can't have that or even canned Tuna but omg…

i have but not raw. i have had cooked sushi

what do you mean by cooked sushi ? like the whole thing is cooked or just the seafood inside ? @texasrose

and yeah the salmon in the sushi is pregrilled but then chilled once they make the actual sushi so its cold when I get it is that ok ?

I ate canned tuna and sushi that has cooked seafood in it with my first pregnancy and he was fine just don't over do it

I eat sushi all the time. Just order tempura rolls (rolls that are fried) or look on the menu, sometimes they have symbols next to cooked vs uncooked rolls. Also, keep an eye on what is on top of the sushi as they often put some raw fish on top. I pick off the raw bits on top and enjoy sushi all the time and thus far I am having a healthy pregnancy :)

Just like everyone is saying. Just make sure the fish is cooked. I've been eating sushi all along abut I cooked roll. I can't wait to eat a whole plate of salmon and tuna sashimi. 🍣🍣🍣🍣🍣🍣🍣
