I have a shooting pain going from the base of my back into my bum muscle and it's so painful that sometimes it's even a struggle to walk! Does anybody else get this or is it just me? Xx

@kellym, I don't know Hun, I haven't had it before. It's so painful it can really be uncomfortable. It's a really sharp pain - sometimes even the slightest movement will set it off! Xx

Yes sciatica is very painful and really common in pregnancy 😌 x

Trapped nerve (sciatica) by the sounds of it.. I had it and was advised to try a bag of frozen peas.. Oddly enough it worked xx

yes I have this! I was told it was sciatica by my physiotherapist, so as well as having issues with my spine and SPD I now have sciatica on top! lol x

The demon that is Sciatica 😣😣 mine comes in bouts of 3 weeks at a time. Awful x

@lou, I've had it for 3 days so far and I'm really struggling 😔 I can barely walk and I didn't get any sleep last night as the slightest movement shot a sharp pain into my muscle xx

@emmajo, I really don't have the time to sit there with a bag of peas on my bum lol my 1 year old would be a nightmare
