I honestly feel like I'm going out of my mind. I am so stressed out. I just cry at everything. I can't sleep at all and it stresses me out even more and I end up throwing myself into an anxiety attack and hyperventilating because I'm crying so much that I can't sleep. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a sleep aid or something they could prescribe me at my OB office?

Thank you. I just really don't know what it is lately. I can't sleep, I'm like so emotionally fragile, I get upset over the smallest things and I just feel like I can't get any peace. @mantha823

The colder weather doesn't help much either.....I always find peace from taking walks at a park near a lake. Or a quite warm bath. I'm not sure how far u live from me. I get down and out bc all of my friends have no kids and it's difficult for me to get out amongst them when all they do is drink and party.

If you know where wilkesbarre is I'm like 45 minutes away from there. Bloomsburg is a real small town. And none of my friends have kids and they are all busy living their own lives and doing their own things so they don't come around much. Just to hang out for a bit here and there. And I don't really leave my house often. Just to grocery shop etc. @mantha823
