What do you mean feel them ?

I can run my hand across the two of them and can feel everything yet my most expensive one that was done at a different place I can put my hand there and feel nothing. It bothers me @snicole12

if you can feel where your tattoo was done at the artist went in deeper than they should have, also known as being heavy handed. I have 10 tattoos and there are a couple I can feel.

@allybrand is that a bad thing😟 I knew the place probably wasn't the best but I hate being able to feel them I can feel the entire cross on my neck and then the name I have on me

@hermommy, I wouldn't say it's a bad thing, just the difference between a good artist and a great artist. I'm very picky on who I go to now after my experience with just good artists.

mine are like that. the rose was $60 and I can feel where its raised atand the daisy was $160 and I can't feel anything but the difference in skin texture. like the other girls said, difference between a good artist and a great artist.

It just depends on how heavy handed the tattoo artist was. If you have had different artists work on you, there's your answer right there because some press down harder than others. It also depends on the shading and coloring of the tattoo (if there is a lot of dark shading or light colors they may have gone over the skin more to make it stand out) and finally it depends on where on your body the tattoos were inked. Some areas have thin amounts of skin (hence why they're more painful) and others are thicker. It all depends mostly on those three things.
