Have any of you other mummies had this?
If im sitting down or lying down for too long the bottom of my back and all down my right leg will seize up and I can't walk properly, I then have a dull aching pain going down my right leg, it's hurts so much, not sure what it is though and if I need to speak to my midwife about it?

I have sciatica and that's just how it feels.....very painful to walk :( xx

talk to your midwife about it she will most prob refer you to physio xx
