1. Start doing exercises at home, Google body weight CrossFit or hiit workouts, those are both intense circuits that will help you lose weight
2. Start focusing and when and how much you eat, eat 3 meals a day and a small snack mid afternoon. Don't graze all day. If that isn't enough to keep you satisfied then make sure the meals have enough nutrients for you. Most meals should have proteins, carbs, and fats! Fat (olive oil, avocado, etc) is great for you and is actually the number one nutrient that keeps you satisfied the longest.
