I just recieved my veil for my wedding that I ordered off etsy...I paid 60$ and I am VERY disapointed! I am a very crafty person and could have made this my self for like under $10!! It looks like a little girls toy veil! I am beyond furious. I requested a refund? Do they have to go through with it or can they deny me? bc I seriouslyyy wasted my moneyy. :(

Normally you'll have to send it back and then you'll get a refund. If they don't respond in like 2 weeks I think it is you can open a claim case with eBay and they'll be able to contact the seller and if they don't respond then eBay can issue a refund for you
