Been trying to figure this out for weeks now. 😕 stretching kinda works

sleep on the opposite side that it hurts with a big pillow between your legs. Mine hurt on my left side so I slept on my right side with a pillow and it was relieved by morning. @shananaginsx

I don't know how long it will last you, but at least it won't hurt when you get up.

I had it REALLY bad on my left side. I went to the chiropractor. It still hurt that day but after 2 days I was good

Yeah we will see. It's so bad that I'm done working this week instead of 2 weeks from now! It's terrrrrrible. I think he just loves that area. @bh90

I have really bad sciatic nerve pain. The only thing that helps is sitting back on a heating pad 😞 and my OB told me the only "long term" thing I could do for relief would be to go to a chiropractor!

Yeah... It takes the edge off but hasn't gone away.. Both him and my ob both just kinda said deal with it until baby is here cause there is only so much that can be done!
