Walk a lot you basically have to over do your bodies activity to get it to contract and that makes you dilate

Walking, pumping, sex, spicy food, using a yoga ball, squats, evening primrose oil, essential oils, hot baths, massages, pressure points, cleaning sometimes can help you break your water, nipple stimulation. I've done all of those.. Unsuccessfully, but I tried them all.
