I have issues with anxiety and I tell u, it comes on suddenly and it will have u feelin like ur gonna have a heart attack...I learned I had dis a couple years ago, after I lost my grandmother..being pregnant, I can't take anything for it so I try to keep my stress levels down..easier said than done tho
