How do you ladies handle your first trimester while working? I work for Starbucks and go to school. My schedule usually is 745am-12 at school. Then 4-11pm at work. Everything I'm reading says to go to bed early but for obvious reasons I can't. What gives you energy without harming the growing bean? Thank you in advance! Btw I take naps all the time so I've been doing that to help the fatigue but it doesn't do much for my tired legs 😞

Lol yeah I figured just pushing myself is what I should keep doing but I also wanna avoid so much stress on the baby since it's still early and fragile.

I waitressed as much as my body allowed me to in the 1st trimester, I was exhausted..kind of took a lot of time off and focused on studying. 2nd trimester is a piece of cake, feet hurt but doable. You definitely don't want to over do it, just listen to your body. I'm in the 3rd trimester now..and it's hardcore, especially serving..very physically draining. I can't work over 4 hours.
