Feeling back pain (not constant) None painful

Contractions, heavy pressure on my cervix, light headed and dizzy, food and water isn't helping. And I'm feeling ALOT of low movement and top of my uterus kicks.... Can labor start with out losing the plug? Not sure what I should do call the nurse line or L&D. My hubby would be so angry if we went and it was just my body getting ready to deliver.. 😩
