I went to my mom's place who lives on the top floor with no elevator and left around 9pm. by 12am I was admitted into labor and delivery

I've tried everything! If anyone has any better ideas send them my way too.. I've tried walking, cleaning, pumping, Spicy food, yoga ball, evening primrose oil, essential oils, massage, pressure points.
