It could gas or maybe you need to go #2. Have you been constipated? As your baby gets bigger, your inside kinda get pushed into all kinds of places...places you normally wouldn't feel those kinds of pains.

@bubblebeck, no constipation, no #2's... I've had this pain before and was sent to L&D for IV 2 weeks ago. I've haven't done anything today that would cause problems. My doctor said my uterus is irritated and to go in if I have 4-5 contractions in an hour but I can't tell if I'm contracting... I can feel the constant periods like cramps. 2 weeks ago when I went to L&D I couldn't tell either and on the monitor I was 3 minutes apart with a closed cervix. So I'm afraid I could be having contractions and not realize.

I've heardsome women have contractions that feel like "period cramps". With my first, I just had the tightening and with my second, I was induced and had an epideral shortly after so I never really felt cramping. But given your history, I'd say to call L&D. Better to be safe.
