my fiance's parents would love for us to have a baby. And thinks we are taking long because they are so ready to be first time grandparents. But it's not that we aren't ready we just prefer to be married first and then move in our own place together which will actually be soon. plus when we are expecting we want to surprise them.

If you enjoy the marriage first at least 6 months to a yr. You can at least do some things you want to do and have extra time to prepare. But its up to you on what you want to do. You both will know when you're ready.
