They say as early as 6 weeks but go with your instinct you know what's best for your child. I got my daughters ears pierced at 3 months although many said I was a bad mom for that.
I'm planning on 3 or 4 months for mine, the younger the better because they'll be less likely to be so aware of them and try to rip them out or touch them a lot. plus they won't remember the pain when they're really little... I'd just get it cleared by your doc for infection risk and stuff. too early and she will be exposed to lots of germs before she has a strong immune system as well. don't forget to turn the earrings several times a day and keep them clean with peroxide and a qtip, not alcohol. good luck!
