talk to one they may have a suggestion.... my son did it too and I did finally just gave up ( I didn't have a lactation consultant when I had him)

I see your a nicu mom and I was too. And they introduced the bottle before my breast. I suggest you speak to the lactation consultant at the hospital for some expert advice

I used one of the nipple shields when my daughter used bottles. it helps to pull out my nipple and make her think it was like a bottle..
