Been throwing up for about 4 hrs now, can't keep even water or ginger ale down π didn't feel good yesterday either but not throwing up until today. No fever either. After how long of this should I call my doctors office?

I had the stomach bug and they told me to try pedilyte. They also said that if you start feeling dizzy or anything like being dehydrated to go to the ER and they will have to put in an IV for fluids.
